The property hashas a very good security sistem "Securitas Direct" that you can feel save when you are outside. The aparment a very sunly terrase. The is a very soft climate into the apartment even in July month when the is very warm outside. It close to the beach Alrenales del Sol and Carabassi. The property is close to Grand avenue, where there are a lot of restaurants with very good servece and food variabilities. A lot of quit shops. Mecadona, Lidl and Consum shops are in Grant Alacant centre, where you can find a lot of diferent butiks and restaurants as well. Very close and good communication between Arenales del Sol and Aeroport, Alicante and Elche as well. If you travel by car you can parking, you can easy find parking in the street if you don´t want to use the undergroud garage. The apartment is situating in a very atrative area with a magnific motain veiw.
I am a high educated person with an University master degree in nature science.
The neighbourhood is very silence, helpful and frendly
