Nice penthouse in a very calm square next to Gascona Street (Cider street) and Old town (Cathedral). Huge closed space parking included (25 m2). All the amenities are included as well (kitchen utensils, bed sheets, towels). Also TV and free WIFI. There are 3 rooms (2 king size beds and 2 single beds). Terrace of 33 m2 (table, chairs and umbrella)

The neighborhood is very calm and safe. There is a sports centre next to my building and many restaurants.
