Our home is located in a magical place within the most enviable places in Almería, Vera Playa, where the best beach in the naturist area in southern Europe is for naturists and non-naturists, the healthiest textile area, everything perfectly differentiated into zones! Our Penthouse is located in one of the most charming textile urbanizations in the country, located a few meters from the beach and swimming pools, along with the private pool that it has in the solarium! The penthouse has all kinds of details and amenities. It consists of central air conditioning, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, tea set, welcome basket, it also includes Wi-Fi and a solarium in the upper area with a private pool and outdoor furniture with sea views (hammocks, table and chairs and barbecue), television with Netflix and Internet connection. You will love it.

The house is located near a water park, supermarkets, restaurants, bicycle rentals, 24-hour taxis... it is also close to VILLARICOS and PALOMARES, where you can go hiking and do various sports! 10 km away are GARRUCHA and MÓJACAR, where you can enjoy good restaurants, trendy venues, nighttime and daytime entertainment within everyone's reach!
