Welcome to this fabulous penthouse for 4 guests in Rincón de la Victoria, Malaga. It offers a wonderful communal pool and a sensational terrace fully equipped with incredible sea views. This elegant apartment is situated within a tranquil development with a shared pool measuring 7 x 13 meters and depths ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 meters. After immersing yourself in this oasis, the best plan is to relax on the dazzling terrace of this penthouse, enjoying a drink as the sun sets over the sea, and concluding the day with a delicious barbecue. Inside this beautiful apartment, every space has been meticulously decorated with a touch of distinction, offering all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable. The cosy living room creates a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a Smart TV and a charming table for 4 people. The separate kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes. Here you will also find the washing machine. The rest of our guests is ensured in the two bedrooms, both with double beds, access to the spacious terrace, wardrobe, and in one of them, even their own TV. Additionally, two spacious bathrooms are provided, one with a bathtub and the second with a refreshing shower. Finally, all the rooms of this accommodation are perfectly air-conditioned thanks to the ducted air conditioning system, providing an optimal atmosphere at any time of the day. The communal pool is only open during the summer months. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
