Luxury Balcon del Mar apartment, located in the Balcon del Mar complex on the front line of the Costa del Silencio cliff, 400 meters playa Amarilla at 1km playa la Ballena. The complex has a swimming pool, bar, lobby with 24-hour reception, lounges and drink dispensers. At the pool you will find two sun loungers reserved for the apartment. Convenient exit from the complex on the beautiful coastal promenade. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with comfortable and double sofa bed (comfortable for adults), beautiful furnished terrace overlooking the ocean. Appliances: air conditioning, a 55 '' Smart TV in the living room, a 45 '' flat screen TV in the room, washing machine, fridge, induction cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and safe. Brand new furniture, bed linen and bath linen. For the 5th guest there is a folding bed (only for children up to 13 years old), or a free cot for children. Nearby there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and a convenient bus for getting
