Property information

Beautiful and comfortable cottage with pool located in the municipality of Alaró, with about 7,000 m²de land where native trees abound in the area as olive, almond and carob trees. It is lined with stone house with an area of 145 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, dining room, kitchen with a large pantry and a lower level living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs are the other bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has traditional rustic charm and very welcoming. Outside there is a large lawn that goes from the lounge terrace and pool right in the middle there is a large pine tree provides welcome shade area. There is also a gazebo with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. The pool is round and has a solarium around allowing us to sunbathe while enjoying the views of the forest that lies at the bottom of the farm.

Neighbourhood information

Just 2 Km is Alaró, a small picturesque village where you will find all the necessary services during our holiday, Saturday morning is market day, perfect to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, meats and Mallorcan wines, plus clothing and varied crafts. The scenic charm of Alaro invites the hikers. Noted for its tradition, excursions to Castle Alaró, which is accessible on foot from the village, at its summit remains of Christian fortification of this key site and remains of water tanks are Muslims. Other interesting excursions are the Puig de s'Alcadena and Clot d'Almedrà that, next in Lloseta, is one of the most beautiful places in the municipality. The house is in the center of the island, which means that most beaches in Mallorca are between 25 and 45 minutes. The area is ideal for active tourism, cultural and gastronomic routes, in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This house is ideal to enjoy at any time of year.
