This new holiday home in Villajoyosa has its private terrace and a garden, equipped with every comfort. In a few steps you are at the spacious swimming pool, to be shared with other guests. The complex's indoor swimming pool, spa facilities, sauna and garage may be used by holiday guests. The children can also enjoy themselves in the playground. Thuds, this house is ideal for a vacation with family. For a refreshing dip in the sea, you only walk about 100 meters, and there are many nice bars and restaurants on the wide sandy beach. The general supplies are at a short drive away from where you can buy the essentials required for the stay. There are also many other tourist attractions worth visiting. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals to suit guests' tastes. You can buy the general supplies at the supermarket a short walk away. The air conditioning will ensure the house remains cool in the hot and humid weather. Note: A surcharge of 20 euros must be paid to the manager for late arrival (after 6 p.m.)
