Communal swimming pool. Located on a street with everything close at hand: bus and taxi stops, supermarket, a variety of restaurants (tapas, Italian, Argentinian), pharmacies, a padel club... A quiet area with excellent transport links. Recently listed on Airbnb, ideal for those looking for comfort and a great location.
Street parking: there are blue zones (paid) and white zones (free). It’s public parking, so reservations are not possible.
