One double bedroom apartment, fully equipped, bright and quiet, on the fourth floor of a private and guarded building, with gardens, tennis court, solarium, views, a large pool and a spacious balcony terrace, just a few minutes walk from the dunes, the beach, the Yumbo and the Cita. Take advantage of a high-speed Internet connection via fiber optics and several international television channels on a large screen. The balcony terrace is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing, contemplating the views, working, reading, and for have a meal or a drink. For more convenience, there is also a mobile fan, a laundry machine, a microwave oven with grill function and induction cooking plates. We are proud to be pet-friendly but only for small animal, so you have to contact us and send us the picture of your four-legged friend. Remember you will have an additional fee to pay. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but it is ok on the balcony, you can't receive guests, friends or family. We offer early check in and late check out without any fee, absolutely for free. Just let us know. We are please also to offer to our guests a welcome snack with beer, water and sparkling wine.
