Welcomer Group is a tourist apartment management company. The buildings in which the apartments are located have a long history. San Pedro Pascual was born there around the year 1,200 and they are next to the remains of the Arab wall of Valencia.

SINCE 2008 WE OFFER COMFORTABLE APARTMENTS IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF VALENCIA, FOR FAMILIES, COUPLES AND GROUPS OF FRIENDS.

Neighbourhood information

Welcomer Apartments are located in the center of Barrio del Carmen, this is a historic and monumental neighborhood that offers a wide variety of bars for tapas, restaurants where you can try the typical Valencian paella and terraces to have a drink and try the “Agua de Valencia”. . A 6-minute walk away (500 meters) is the Valencia Cathedral where the Holy Grail is located inside and 5-6 minutes are enough to reach the Central Market of Valencia or the Silk Exchange. The Serranos Towers are a 5-minute walk away and next to them is the closest stop for bus no. 95 that will take us to the City of Arts and Sciences in 10 minutes. In front of the Serranos Towers, on the other side of the Turia Gardens, we find the "Pont de Fusta" tram station with which in just 30 minutes you can reach the beach and the port area, which is ideal all year round. . Being a mainly pedestrian neighborhood, car access to our facilities is restricted, only taxis and public transport can access it.
