Very spacious apartment with air conditioning, heat pump and ceiling fans. 65 m2 terrace, with 2 environments. Living room with table and chairs, sofa-bed (160cmx190cm) and TV console with flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi. Master bedroom with queen size bed (150cmx190cm). Additional bedroom with 2 beds (90cmx190cm). 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. Fully equiped kitchen: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Underground parking space, easy access.
• Even if I am not in the area, I am always accessible to help you with anything you need. • Due to the new Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana’s Goverment, published in August 2024, tourist housing located in this region can only be rented for a maximum of 10 consecutive days to the same guest or tourist. Sorry for the inconvenience.
