- Pets are not allowed This beautiful 109m² vacation apartment is located in Colonia San Pere, a quiet fishing town along the northeastern coast of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The dining table and the barbecue are on the rooftop. The apartment features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. The apartment is suitable for children and a baby bed and highchair are available (both upon request). Guests can take in the spectacular sea and mountain view from the balcony and lounge outdoors in the furnished garden or relax on the covered terrace or cook on the grill, all private features. The property is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars just a 1 to 3 minute (120 m to 3 km) drive away. The apartment is located directly on the water, just 24 meters from the Platja de la Colonia public beach, and other beaches, such as the S'Arenal, are a 13 to 20 minute (3 to 18 km) drive by car. The Platja de Son Serra marina is 16 minutes (13 km) away by car while the Capdepera Golf, an 18-hole golf course in the surrounding hills, is just a 20-minute (18 km) drive. Palma de Mallorca Airport is about a 1 hour (70 km) drive away. The terrace can be reached via a shared staircase and is situated 2-storeys above the apartment. Street parking is available.
