Bungalow One - Front Line of Ocean The exceptional location of this bungalow right in the front row on the Atlantic Ocean makes for a very special holiday experience. This completely renovated bungalow scores with a size 55m², 1 good sized bedroom opening to a patio and private garden where you can enjoy breakfast and morning sun. Fully equipped open kitchen connects to the living room. 2 electrical relax sofas ensure your comfortable rest. 2 reclinable chairs facing to the ceiling-to-floor window to enjoy the first line of ocean view with the tranquility of water against rocks, full dunes in distance, and beautiful sunset. The community swimming pool also ensures you a quiet me-time during the day. Stairs down from the entrance you can access the promenade, which leads to the Playa de Las Burras and Playa de San Agustin, restaurants, bus/taxi and the shopping center in five minutes. Please be aware, because this property is at first line of ocean right above the promenade, you have to walk fair amount of stairs down from the parking lot to the property and to the promenade. We don’t recommend this property to those of you who have walking disabilities or difficulties. When you send us a booking request, and we approve it, remember you must confirm it again within 24 hours, otherwise it won't be booked. The website does not give us any option to answer your message that you sent us with booking request until you actually book the reservation. Before you send us a request, please read our house rules carefully. The general minimal stay is 7 nights except some gap between two existing bookings. Thank you for your attention.

You can immediately step to the promenade and walk to Playa Las Burras and Playa San Agustín within 5 minutes. You can use the community pool for free. About 3 minutes walk can bring you to San Agustín Shopping Centre where you can find 2 Spars and 1 HiperDino for groceries, many restaurants, bars, gym, pharmacy, mini-golf, church, spa etc. There is also a Taxi rank at the shopping center. 5 minutes walk to the bus station.
