This nice bungalow contains two bedrooms. One with a masterbedroom and a sink and one with two single beds. Besides that there is a sofabed. The bungalow is situated 1,5 km from the beach and 1 km of the golf Ifach. It has a hudge garden with stunning pool, very well maintained. ( shared with 32 houses). Has also a garden in front. The house has Netflix, Airco, Nespresso coffee, dishwasher, iron, washingmachine and a waterkettle. Several pots and pans. House is completely renovated in 2019.
Hi wij zijn Marjolein en Edwin en hebben in 2019 deze leuke Bungalow gekocht. Omdat we er niet altijd kunnen zijn, verhuren we deze woning. Wij wonen zelf in Nederland bij Rotterdam. We are Marjolein and Edwin and we bought our bungalow in Moraira in 2019. Because we can’t live in Spain for always ( we live in The Netherlands) we like to rent our house.
The bungalow is just a few kilometers away from nice beaches. At 1.2 km you will find a super bar- restaurant Algas, also a small beach. And 1 km from Golf Ifach. At 2,5 Km you will find the biggest beach from Moraira: playa Ampolla and the city centre A car is highly recommended, you can travel from Alicante or Valencia airport.
