Ca’n Perlita Your Holiday Home We're ready to welcome you in, the property is not an apartment it’s a detached house completely private and independent. My accommodation offers exclusivity, isolation and security. There is not common areas to share with another travelers or neighbors, it is totally private only to be enjoyed with your friends or family. An strict professional cleaning will be carrie out before every guest checks-in. The house complies with current regulations and has a current activity license. A fabulous Holiday Home in Majorca. Recently restored and completely transformed. I personally carried out the work, taking great care over the design and choice of materials, using only water-based paints, eco-friendly products and recycled materials in order to eliminate any health or environmental risks and guarantee the wellbeing of guest. My main goal while decorating the house was to allow my guest experience the real Majorcan lifestyle. The house it’s ideal for four, but if required, it is posible to sleep one extra persono n the sofa-bed in the living room, in which case a supplement per day is charged.

My main goal while restoring and decorating the house was to allow my guests experience the real Majorcan lifestyle. Just like you, I love travelling and discovering the world’s different cultures. Nevertheless, there is not a single day that goes by without me thinking about how lucky I am to live here. Majorca is still a paradise, an almost unreal world. There is beauty, fun and wealth been all around, with new visitors arriving each day and falling in love with the island. The house is located in the district of El Terreno, bounded by the sea and Bellver Forest. At just two hundred meters from Paseo Marítimo, the Sea Promenade. The gentle sea breeze and spectacular views make this area perfect for walking or cycling. It boasts a spectacular setting, with Bellver Castle in the background, as well as the Cathedral, fishing harbor and Palma Yacht Club. Just hundred meters from the house there is a tropical park and a good playground for your kids. In a district with facilities including a bakery, chemist’s, supermarkets, a selection of grocery stores as well a wide range of bars. It stands on a quiet street within easy reach of the sea, the historic quarter and the city of Palma shopping mall, Porto Pi. The house is well-communicated with bus lines, the system is both fast and efficient, although cycling and walking are also easy alternatives.Visitors will not need a car, unless they wish to tour the island. Parking is available either in the street or in the underground car park (charges apply). 5' walk to Paseo Marítimo (Av. Gabriel Roca) main street in Palma full of Bars, Restaurants and Night Clubs.
