Aan Calle Atlantico 108 1B staat een volledig ingericht luxe appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt aan hole 15 van een 18 holes Jack Nicklaus Golfbaan met uitzicht op het zwembad van het Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Sucina, Murcia. Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping (lift net naast de voordeur welke ook in parkeergarage uitkomt) en vanaf het balkon kijk je direct op het kinderzwembad en het grote zwembad verder over de fairway van hole 15. Het is ruim genoeg voor 5 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien (volledig ingerichte keuken met elektrische kookplaat, vaatwasser, wasmachine, grote koelkast met vriesvak, magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker, toaster, etc. Badkamer uitgerust met een ruim bad met een regendouche, wastafel, wc en bidet. De 2 aparte slaapkamers hebben ieder 2 stuks 1-persoons boxspring bedden met topdek, in de woonkamer staat een comfortabele sofabank waar 1 persoon prima kan slapen ! In de woonkamer een fijne sofa waarvanuit je lekker naar de smart TV (met Netflix) kunt kijken. De eetkamer heeft een tafel met stoelen.
