The holiday home has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with pretty wall tiles, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with corner bathtub) as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 9 people. The outdoor area features a great pool area with sun loungers and outdoor showers, a covered terrace with seating, a sun terrace with a barbecue area and a dining area where you can have freshly prepared meals together. From the balcony you also have a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature and mountains while the beautifully-landscaped garden exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere. A supermarket is 1.2 km or a 3-minute drive away and a restaurant is 800 m from the house. The stone beach Sol d'en Serra and the Cala Llonga, with its crystal clear water, are about 8 km away. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, pool towels and towels are included in the price. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. A small welcome package with drinks and snacks awaits you at the check-in. During your stay the gardens and swimming pool will be maintained and the towels will be changed. Parties and music are not allowed after midnight. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property is intended for families and quiet groups. The visits of external persons during the stay, as well as any type of events are forbidden. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without return of money. There is a separate annexe (with a separate entrance) for the gardener and laundry. The property has an alarm system on the perimeter of the property and inside of the property. This can be activated by the guest.
