Isolated stone farmhouse from the end of the century XIX, recently restored, easy access and well connected. Located on a property of more than 150 Ha, between Besalú, Banyoles and Figueres, 35 km away from Costa Brava. It has a wonderful view over the Empordà countryside.

The house is on a property of 150 Ha with 4 more farmhouses, which you can see from our page: racorural. The farmhouses are completely independent, with a garden, swimming pool and exclusive outdoor area. It's recommended to walk 5 km around the property visiting the centuries-old laundries. Navata village from 4 km of the house, with bakery, butchery, market, pharmacy, bar, etc. 15 km from Banyoles, Besalú and Figueres.
