Beautiful semi-detached house recently renovated, is located on the second line of Calafell beach. It is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and exit to the two opposite outdoor terraces on each side of the house. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms: two of them have double beds, one room with a bunk bed, and fourth room with 2 single beds put together. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the porch there is an access to the communal area with natural grass and two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. There is an underground garage for 1 car under the house. All services are close, the car is not necessary. Distance to the train station 500m. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. On the Maritim promenade there are facilities for children: playgrounds on the sand, inflatables, etc.
