It’s a sunny spacious house with a pool and a garden. A private front yard. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. In the basement there are Two large rooms and storerooms. The living room and dining room and the kitchen are on the ground floor. The kitchen is open .
I’m a language teacher. I love the sun and the sea and open air life. I ‘m keen on sports like cycling, trekking, swimming and paddle ( sort of tennis)
The neighborhood is composed of local families who live all year. It’s close to all facilities and amenities. There are two commercial centers 5 minute drive away
