House 15 minutes walk from Gran de Palamós beach. With a large garden plot to play ball and with children. Private pool for our guests. Sea views from the outdoor terrace where you can eat all meals, as there is no sun. If necessary it also has an awning. House with 3 double bedrooms, each with fan. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have a drawer for storing clothes and hangers. There is a full bathroom with shower. And a sink. We have a hair dryer. All rooms are on the same floor. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is an iron or ironing board. There are board games and Wi-Fi. There is no access to the garage but cars can be parked in the paved area, they cannot climb on the grass. It can accommodate up to 3 cars maximum. There is a barbecue at your disposal. It can be rented both winter and summer, there is heating in the house. Garden area with pool and vegetable garden. There is a space in the garden where you can play ball and another that only sunbathes.

We are Sant Joan, a rustic neighborhood of Palamós that is 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of Palamós. There are other beaches in Palamós such as La Fosca, Castell and Cala Estreta. You can also come and enjoy the Camí de Ronda, both in winter and summer.
