This modern fully equipped penthouse sleeps 4.
The living room- with air conditioning, is ideal for entertaining and leads out to the fully tiled rear terrace complete with outdoor furniture, the orientation is fantastic to enjoy both the summer and winter sun and overlooks 1 one of the 19 resort communal swimming pools and the golf course.
The apartmemt has free fibre internet and international cable tv channels.
2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobe, patio doors leading out onto the front terrace with cafe table. The main bathroom has a bath with shower above, vanity unit, basin & mirror, WC and heated towel rail.
Just a short walk to the on-site clubhouse/ bar-restaurant, supermarket, tennis courts, driving range and putting green and only a 5-minute drive to the local town of Sucina with lots of amenities and bar/restaurants on offer. 10-minute drive to the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor and a 20-minute drive from Murcia International Airport.
