A fabulous Casa in a wonderful area of the Costa Blanca. Calm, quiet, perfect for sport enthusiasts and families. Easy access to local beaches, bars and restaurants. Cyclists love this area in the winter as it has perfect weather and terrain to ride your bike. Summer is perfect for water sport enthusiasts and hikers. La Casa has recently been renovated with new appliances, beds, bedding and towels. The outdoor area is perfect for dining, sunbathing and relaxing with a book. A car is recommended as the nearest beach is at 1.6km from the Casa and the nearest local shop is 1km up the hill. The Casa has 3 bedrooms, with 6 single beds in total or 3 king sized beds. The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms which are en-suite and another with a shower room toilet and wash basin. Beds can be made in advance to be either a king size bed or two single beds - please advise a week in advance so that the beds can be made up according to your needs. This 3 bed apartment is only available from January 2026 to May 2026 as we will be living above during these months.

Welcome to our beautiful Casa which has been lovingly renovated for your needs. We prefer to cater for sport enthusiasts and families as this area is perfect for cyclists, padel players, hikers, triathletes and water sport enthusiasts. We will accept 6, individual guests but please be aware that there is a strict NO ANTISOCIAL NOISE AFTER 22:30. Out of respect for our neighbours, if you wish to party and have loud noise playing this is not the place for you. However, individuals who wish to enjoy the surrounding areas and who love to chat outside with low level noise and music are more than welcome. This 3 bedroom apartment is only available from January 2026 to May 2026 on a weekly basis and please note that we will be living above during this time. We will move out in May 2026 when our Beautiful Casa au Lilas Rosa, listed separately will be available for up to 10 guests.

The Costa Blanca has been likened to a winter version of Chamonix. Not, obviously for skiing, but for climbing, mountaineering, canyoning and trail running. These sports are all brilliant and most enjoyable out here on the Costa Blanca in the winter months. If these are your sports, we can arrange for a guide to show you around. The neighbourhood of Montemar itself is very quiet with stunning views of the valley and Calpe Rock. All the villa owners in the area are very friendly and look after their own villas to a very high standard. There is a fantastic Spanish restaurant 1km up the hill towards Benissa - booking is essential as it is very popular all year round! Another local, and superb pizzeria can be found at the foot of the hill, within walking distance of the Casa. This Casa is not suitable for single sex groups wishing to have all night parties. The local residents will not hesitate to contact the police if the music is too loud after 22:30. Typical places to visit in the area are Moraira, Calpe, Javea, Jalon and Benissa which all have great market stalls, restaurants and old town bars to make your stay very enjoyable here on the Costa Blanca. As already stated, this area is perfect for all sporting enthusiasts and in particular for us cyclists and e-bikers. This is due to the terrain and climate. January through to May are perfect months to have an active break with many people coming to the region for a variety of sporting events.
