The apartment is located in Manilva and within walking distance you’ll find all the necessities you need - from supermarket to lovely café’s, restaurants, and the unspoiled beaches of San Luis de Sabinillas and counts a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a cozy patio terrace, two bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a lounge and dining area. The communal spaces consist of two swimming pools, a padel court and the lush gardens are well-kept, making it the perfect holiday home to enjoy a tranquil or active stay for both couples or a small family, yet close to all amenities. The modern and comfortable apartment is decorated with natural colors and equipped with all the comforts you need. Casa Beau Bella offers fast Wi-Fi, an Apple TV for streaming your favorite movies and series, comfortable beds, a semi-covered large outdoor space with views on the swimming pool and garden, sleeps up to 4 and has a true cozy and relaxed ambiance to settle down to. LOCATION AND MUST-SEES Casa Beau Bella is located in Manilva, at Residencial Duquesa, and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages and Andalusia. Discover Estepona or take a fifteen-minute drive to explore one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella are within a twenty-minute drive away too. The beach is a mere 10-minute walk away and offers a great opportunity to enjoy the sun and have a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you love to play golf, there are lots of golf courses close by such as the La Duquesa Golf club, the Doña Julia Golf club or Finca Cortesin in Casares. If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast - is a great way to explore the area too. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away. We recommend you to also visit the smaller, lesser-known villages nearby such as San Luis de Sabinillas or Manilva as both villages are not crowded by mass-tourism yet and the locals are one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met.
