Casa Blanca apartment is located on a quiet, residential street, - just 500m from the centre of the village and the town beach. Our returning guests like the convenience and ease of staying here. The apartment itself has its own private terrace giving you beautiful views over towards the town and hills. There is access to a shared pool, which has its own sun terrace and BBQ area. Inside the apartment there are comfortable coastal style furnishings including a log burner to keep you cosy during the cooler months. We take pride in ensuring that the apartment is always kept clean and tidy, and has everything you need as your base for an enjoyable holiday.
Jackie and I spend 3 months of each year in Bournemouth, UK, and 9months in San Jose. We have a house in San Jose and love it. We and our friends walk a lot,cycle, swim, and love going in to Almeria. Mirto is on hand to meet you and look after you during your stay
The village of San Jose has a small marina and many lovely bars and restaurants, all within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. In addition there are 3 mini supermarkets and several tourist and boutique shops. A walk along the beach front to the furthest point of the harbour finds you a small selection of bars and restaurants, with fantastic views of the sunset. The "town" beach has bars and restaurants that run along its length giving you a great choice of places to eat. The beaches are exceptional, especially those toward Cabo de Gata, where there are no built up areas, just picturesque scenery. Just a 10 minute down hill walk from the apartment there are 2 beaches. During the peak season the town beach has sun beds and various watersports available. The other beach has a small bar that belongs to the hotel there. This is only open in the high season. Further afield, in the Parque Natural are other beaches and the pretty small towns of Las Negras, Agua Amarga and La Isletta. Almeria is a small city, bustling with life, tapas bars, museums and galleries. There is also immediate access to many beautiful walks and cycling routes taking you to breathtaking views & sights.
