Nieuwe ruime villa voor 6 p. in een authentieke Spaanse badstad. Op 900 meter wandelafstand van het prachtige 4 km lange zandstrand. Zuid-zuidwest gerichte halfopen bebouwing met veel zon en lichtinval. Groot terras met tuinmeubilair en ligbedden met handdoeken, grote tafel en elektrische barbecue. Automatische zonneluifels en parasols. Compact buitenzwembad en buitendouche. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met een koelkast en diepvries, afwasmachine, keramische kookplaat, oven, microgolf, Dolce-Gusto koffietoestel, toaster, waterkoker .... Gezellige eet- en zitruimte met smart-tv en wifi. Airconditioning (2 zones) in de hele woning. Wasmachine, droogkast, droogrek. Rolluiken. 3 slaapkamers met Kingsize bedden: 2 slaapkamers met 2-persoonsbedden van 180x200 cm en 1 slaapkamer met 2 éénpersoonsbedden van 90x200 cm of 180x200 cm. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met lavabo, inloopdouche, eigen toilet en met vloerverwarming. Zonnedak met tuinmeubilair en ligzetels. Handdoekpakket per persoon aanwezig (handdoek, douchehanddoek en zwembadhanddoek). Opgemaakte bedden en startpakket aanwezig bij aankomst. 2 fietsen. Extra: Verwarmd zwembad op aanvraag (+25/dag of 75/week apart te betalen aan Host).
Op 900 meter wandelafstand van het prachtige 4 km lange zandstrand met mooie promenade met palmbomen. Zuid-zuidwest gerichte halfopen bebouwing met veel zon en lichtinval. Voor het huis is er een grote open plek met speeltuin, en andere aangelegde sportmogelijkheden. Te ontdekken in de omgeving: zee en strand, watersportmogelijkheden, golfterreinen, shoppingcentra, gezellige dorpjes en restaurantjes....
