Our home is tucked between city and the country side, where the vibrancy of Madrid meets the tranquility of the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park — just ~17 minutes from the airport and ~22 minutes from the city. Surrounded by greenery, wildlife, scenic landscapes and stunning mountain views, this villa is a calm retreat after a day of work, study, meetings, travel or sightseeing. It’s ideal for relaxing, recharging and spending quality time with your loved ones – or simply enjoying some peaceful time to yourself. Located in an exclusive residential area with 24/7 security surveillance and controlled access, you’ll enjoy peace of mind in a safe and quiet environment. Inside, the house has a rustic design with large windows, plenty of natural light, and high ceilings with wooden beams. You’ll find a 42" TV, Fire Stick, home cinema, vinyl player, fireplace, and a flexible dining area. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the outdoor barbecue (cleaning fee applies; refer to section "The fine print"). Outside, unwind on spacious terraces, in the saltwater pool, or in the gardens, all with mountain views. Nestled in nature yet only minutes by car from shops, malls and public transport, this home offers a perfect balance of serenity and convenience.
