It is a cozy house of 160 m2, cozy and is located 70 meters from the beach, on the first floor there is 1 hall, 1 room with a double bed, another room with two single beds, 1 game room, 2 living rooms , 1 bathroom and kitchen, which has utensils such as oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, blender, coffee, tea, chamomile, etc. On the second floor there is a roof terrace of 60 m2, a laundry room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The roof terrace has a barbecue, 3 sun beds, table with four chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 portable shower. We also have a hair dryer, iron, body wash, shampoo, mask, hand gel, towels and toothpaste, Free Wifi, extra TV channels, mini baby crib, pets are allowed and we have a smoking area.
My name is Sebastian, although everyone calls me Sebas, along with my family, we are delighted to receive you in our home and we wish your stay to be very pleasant, we are serious, clean people and we will be at your disposal to help you with whatever you need. We like to travel and activities related to the sea The arinaga area is very pretty and quiet, but it also offers several activities, such as snorkeling, diving, surfing, paddle surfing, cycling, runinng, playground areas, ect. We can also advise different places to eat.
The house is located in a very quiet area, 70m from the Black Souk beach, and 5 minutes by car from the Cabrón Marine Reserve. Nearby are supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, pizzerias, pharmacy, diving centers, there is also a children's playground and the bus stop is 2 minutes walk. . On Thursday nights, they make the Skewers Route in Arinaga. The airport is 12 km away. Very easy to reach by bus, taxi or car.
