Recently renovated to give it a second life, a place for family gatherings, enjoyment and relaxation. Lovingly decorated home, a place to enjoy its wonderful solarium, private pool and barbecue, ideal for sharing unique moments with family and friends, as well as for working remotely. Accommodation with views of the ocean and the mountains, made up of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cozy living-dining room, two perfectly equipped kitchens (one inside and one outside), a living room (TV), a spectacular solarium with wonderful views and a fantastic pool, as well as a large barbecue area with outdoor dining. Here, you and yours will create memorable experiences. Book and come!

Located on the coast of Puntallana, in front of Puerto Paja, a few minutes from Puerto Trigo and Nogales beach. Puntallana is fertile, green, rural, traditional... historically considered the breadbasket of the island, Puntallana is home to good examples of laurel forest and monteverde. In addition, deep ravines and, on its coasts, one of the best beaches on the island.
