This beautiful three-bedroom property boasts ample living space on its ground floor, featuring a cozy lounge with high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a Playstation 3 complete with several games. A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient shower/wc, are also available on this level. On the first floor, you will find a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a closet, and a small balcony, as well as a second bedroom with twin beds and a closet. The family bathroom features a tub with a shower above. The lower level of the property offers a third bedroom with twin beds, a comfortable sofa area, and a wardrobe. For those who love the sun, the terrace at the entrance of the house provides a perfect place to enjoy it, dine al fresco, and prepare barbecues. Sun worshippers can also bask in the magnificent views of the surrounding area and mountains from the rooftop solarium.
It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood situated approximately 2km away from the main shopping center of Gran Alacant, the property is also just a 10-minute walk away from a variety of bars, restaurants, a mini-market, and other services. You can also take a refreshing twenty-minute stroll to the natural and well-maintained beach, 1.5km away, and enjoy refreshments and snacks at the beach bars.
