Semi-detached house, distributed over three floors: 3 bedrooms + 1 room attached to the main one, 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room and outdoor terrace. On the terrace we have a barbecue. Communal swimming pool. The 3 complete rooms + 1 adjoining room have: - Double bed (in the adjoining room, it is a trundle bed) - TV - Air conditioning/heating - Direct access to terrace - Electric shutters - Nightstands - Storage furniture (wardrobes, chest of drawers...)
Very excited to be hosting people all over the world in our beautiful house. We hope you enjoy it. Peñiscola is a wonderful place, you have mountains, beaches and history.
Quiet residential area, in the heart of Sierra de Irta, nestled between mountains and overlooking the sea. It offers breathtaking views. A car is necessary to get around as the residential area is about a 10-minute drive away from the town. In the town, you will find all kind of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
