Heerlijk huis met een prachtige ruime boomrijke tuin. Het woonhuis biedt ruimte aan 4 personen en heeft daarnaast een appartement met eigen keuken en badkamer die ruimte biedt voor 2 personen. Aan de achterkant van het huis is een groot schaduwrijk terras waar je in de ochtend en op zomeravonden heerlijk kunt zitten en eten. Je kunt gebruikmaken van de grote Argentijnse gril waar je kunt BBQ Pizza's maken. Aan de voorkant van het huis is het zonnig en zetten we in zomer een mobile zwembad op
Zeer centraal gelegen aan de Costa Brava. Het huis staat aan de voet van het bergachtige natuurgebied Massis de Cardiretes. De omgeving leent zich bij uitstek om te fietsen of te wandelen. Dicht bij diverse prachtige stranden zoals Sant Feliu de Guixols, Sant Pol en Tossa de Mar en een paar minuten van het authentieke Catalaanse dorp Llagostera. 25 minuten naar Gerona en 1 uur van Barcelona.
