The living room- with air conditioning, is ideal for entertaining and dining, leads out to the large, fully tiled rear terrace with outdoor dining and lounging furniture. With a SOUTH-EAST orientation it is ideal to enjoy both the summer and winter sun and overlooks 1 one of the 19 resort communal swimming pools.
