Our office is located on the main street of El Médano in Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29 bajo, local 2. It is always a pleasure for us to attend you personally to solve any doubt or to advise you about our services. Do not hesitate to contact us. We live private just some houses next to it in the same type of house, so will be practically your very close by neighbours.

This unique beachfront property, located directly on El Cabezo beach, offers an exceptional experience right in the heart of El Médano. It is the second-largest of the 15 beachfront villas and boasts an unbeatable location. Spread across 3 floors, the villa features: 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms (including 1 en suite) 3 terraces with stunning views A private garden with Canarian plants An outdoor shower BBQ area Indoor and outdoor dining spaces A spacious, fully equipped kitchen A private garage for up to 3 cars, directly on the beach Both bedrooms on the first level have their own bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. A WiFi repeater is available on each floor, powered by a high-speed fiber optic connection. The villa is oriented southeast and northwest, meaning you can enjoy sunshine all day long. From the master bedroom, living room, and front terrace, you will experience some of the very best views and the most authentic beach feeling of the village. The rear terrace offers privacy, sunbeds, outdoor dining, and an additional shower, making it the perfect place to relax. For your convenience, bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Important: It is strictly forbidden to sublet the property or give garage access to others. The garage cannot be used as board storage, bike storage, or parking for unregistered guests. Check-out: Please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano). If the office is closed, drop it into the mailbox next to the entrance.
