A very quiet and bright two-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of the old town and just a stone's throw from the shopping district. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a dining table, TV, free Wi-Fi, games, books, etc. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Cuenca. The house has natural gas heating and is soundproofed (although opening the windows allows you to enjoy the pleasant sound of the river). As the building is over 120 years old, there is no elevator, and you have to climb approximately 30 stairs (it's on the second floor). You can use the entire house and everything in it (kitchen appliances, washing machine, coffee maker, first-aid kit, oil, salt, coffee, etc.). We provide bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, body wash and shampoo, etc., as well as fans in the summer. We also have a crib if needed. A link will be sent a few days beforehand to fill out the check-in details, in accordance with current regulations. Valid national register and regional license.

Located in the old Jewish quarter of the Old Town, one of the best areas of the city for tourism, on a very quiet street. Just a stone's throw from the main shopping and leisure areas, and the UIMP University. This building is located on the 12th-century Moorish city wall, on the banks of the Huécar River. Car access is available right outside the building to check in and drop off luggage (the streets are narrow, as it's in the Old Town). Parking is limited to residents in Cuenca's Old Town. However, there are many parking options nearby, including some that are free.
