Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Casa la Vista is situated in the peaceful countryside near Canillas de Albaida and Archez. These towns, with their restaurants, cafés, and bars, are just a few minutes away by car. Larger supermarkets are located on the coast. For a trip to the sea or livelier areas, it's only about a 30-minute drive. The large living room and the equally large kitchen are equipped with everything you need. In the colder seasons, the air conditioning units, which will be installed in the bedrooms in 2024, provide pleasant warmth. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room for heating; we can supply you with wood for a fee and if required. Casa la Vista has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). One of the double beds is approx. 1.8m wide and the other double bed is approx. 1.4m wide. The terraces around the marvelous pool with the fantastic view are very generously laid out.There is plenty of shade as well as sunbathing and seating areas. There is also an outdoor shower and a toilet in the terrace area. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure. Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) leads to a cash payment of 0.39 euros per kW. Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption. - Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night. An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
