Spend unforgettable days in CASA MARESÍA. This spectacular penthouse is located in Gran Canaria, just 200m from Sardina beach, a blue flag beach! Sardina is considered one of the 10 best diving spots in Spain. With solarium, outdoor shower, barbecue and communal pool, relax in the chill'out and enjoy the spectacular sunsets overlooking the Teide volcano. It is a very quiet area to disconnect, with all services nearby (minimarket, restaurants...). Important Information for Guests. In accordance with the new regulations established in Decree 933/2021, all travelers are required to provide the following information before checking in to the property: - Full name - ID or passport number - Date of birth - Complete identification document (identification number, support number, and type of document) - Place of usual residence (complete address, locality, and country) - Nationality - phone number - Email address - Total number of travelers - If there are minors in the group, please indicate the relationship to the adults. Sardina is a very quiet area to disconnect, with all services nearby (minimarket at 100m, pharmacy, restaurants, etc). Additionally, Sardina is considered one of the 10 best diving spots in Spain, as its crystal clear and calm waters offer a real explosion of life and you can dive all year round. The Buceo Norte center is located 100m from the house and offers spectacular guided dives.
