In the south of Tenerife lies the tranquil town of El Médano, known for its beautiful beaches. The long promenade with its numerous restaurants invites you to go out and linger. Centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of several beaches is the 60 m² apartment "Casa Médano 18" on the 2nd floor of a building built in typical Canarian style without elevator. The apartment has a comfortably furnished living room with sofa and dining table with chairs, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs (one is a smart tv) with satellite reception, washing machine and dryer. There is also a baby crib and high chair available upon request. Outside, a spacious terrace, partially covered with wooden beams and equipped with sun loungers, is available for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy a picturesque panoramic view of the sea, which is only a few meters away. There is also a dining area, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner over the magnificent view. Just a few steps from the house there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars (200-750 m). A small grocery market is right in front of the house (one minute walk), and you can reach a bigger supermarket after only 7 minutes walk. The nearest sandy beaches "Playa del Médano" and "Playa de El Médano" are only 2 to 5 minutes walk away. Some other beaches can be found within 2-3 km. The airport Tenerife South is only 9 km or 13 minutes by car away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There are 2 parking spaces available at the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per stay.
