This detached family villa is situated in the central Punta Limones area, near the old harbour, in one of the best areas in Playa Blanca. Within easy walking distance of the town centre and beaches, the excellent location means that no car is required unless you wish to explore other parts of the island. There is however off-road parking for a car and further parking is possible within the gated complex. A SPAR supermarket is located opposite the complex - ideal for all your grocery needs, and fresh bread and croissants are available daily, perfect for breakfast on the terrace! We pride ourselves on responding promptly to questions from guests and potential guests as well as dealing with any issues if they do occur from time to time. We have spent many years visiting Lanzarote and are always happy to share some of the special places, attractions and restaurants with our guests to enhance their stay.

Casa Palmeras is in the Las Terracitas complex which is well located for the harbour, SPAR supermarket, town (10 minutes walk) and Flamingo Beach (7-8 minutes walk). There is no need to hire a car unless guests want to explore the island.
