Exclusive house for 10 people in Rascafría with private pool and large garden. This elegant house is perfect for families with children looking for a serene environment. The outdoor space offers a large private pool, a spacious outdoor dining area with umbrella, and a relaxation area with pergola. The villa has all the amenities, including 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms. A unique opportunity to enjoy a few days with family or friends in an exceptional environment. Notes: 1) Access is via a dirt road of approximately 500 meters. 2) The water available in the house comes from a well; it is filtered, but as a precaution we do not recommend drinking it.
