The charming Villa Rocío 1 is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, on a fenced property offering a spacious outdoor area, ideal for a relaxing holiday with great privacy. With tasteful decoration, the house features a large living-dining room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with two single beds and 3 bedrooms with double beds; when the group consists of 10 people, 2 additional single beds are added), as well as 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fireplace, cable TV, washing machine and cot. The main attraction of the property is its outdoor area, with a covered terrace featuring a dining table and grill, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors. You can cool off in the pool during the hottest summer days or relax sunbathing on the loungers or on the lawn. A wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found just 4 minutes by car (1.5 km) in the centre of Conil de la Frontera. The nearest beach is 4 minutes by car (1.7 km), while the popular Playa Fuente del Gallo is 10 minutes by car (4.8 km). Parking for 3 or 4 cars is available on the property. Bed linen is included and towels are available on request and for an extra charge. A cot can be provided for a fee. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed; the property is intended for rest and especially for families.
