This property - Casa Rosalia is approx. 50 sqr meters big, 2 bedrooms apartment. It has a small balcony by the entrance door and a large terrace on the rooftop.
There's AC in the living room and AC in the main bedroom. Ceiling fans are placed in the living room, main bedroom and small bedroom.
The property is situated in the quiet and charming neighborhood. It's about 2 minutes walking distance away from the Emerald Island, where one can find a dining and entertainment and also a pool access (for a fee).
Another place where's a few restaurants/pubs opened all year round is situated 10 minutes walking distance (Abbey Tavern, Waldemar's Restaurant etc.)
La Zenia Boulevar - the biggest shopping center in Alicante province is 3 km away from this apartment.
The nearest beach is Punta Prima about 3,2 km away and the largest beach Playa de la Zenia is 5km away.
