There are two heat exchangers to purify the air inside the home and a dehumidifier to control the humidity. A full kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table and chairs, and a skylight (complete with glass) provides natural light from the street. The dining room has a pellet stove and air conditioning, and the upstairs also has air conditioning. Parking is easy in the area. The home also has Wi-Fi.

In the town, there are several bars and restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine. There are two butcher shops with excellent quality products, open on Sunday mornings. There's also a prepared-meal shop and two bakeries with artisan bread. The village has the ruins of a castle at the highest point; you can climb it to admire the local architecture and its typical houses. There's a small lake with ducks and a fountain called La Fuente Grande. At the edge of town, you'll find the Bolot residential area with a legendary fountain and a viewpoint. In the surrounding area, there are several towns with very attractive trails: Alborache with the mill route, Yatova with its Mount Motraton, La Cueva de las Palomas, and La Fuente de la Condesa. There are often bullfighting events, including a shoe-making competition. Buñol also has a castle, the famous Cuevas de Turche, and the traditional Tomatina festival is held at the end of August. Nearby is the Forata Reservoir and trails for motorsports enthusiasts. Macastre's patron saint festivities are held in August and September. They also hold bullfights. In summer, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool. The town is located 30 minutes from Valencia via the A3 motorway and 20 minutes from the airport. It's a good area for hiking, surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery.
