Cozy townhouse located in the "Sierra Subbética". 9km from Baena and Zuheros and 3km from Luque. It is delimiting with the "Vía Verde del Aceite", ideal for hiking and mountain biking. It has all the necessary amenities for an ideal stay. Fully furnished and equipped. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house, fireplace, garage and private porch, pool and paddle court in common areas.
My name is Juan, I'm the property manager and I'll be in charge of handling reservations and any questions or requests you may have before checking in. This house is owned by Isabel. She's my mother and she'll be delighted to receive and assist you. She's in charge of managing the stays and ensuring that you have a pleasant experience.
The house is next to the N-432 (Córdoba-Granada), just halfway between the 2 cities. There is 1 hour on the way to Granada, as well as to Córdoba. It is also 1 hour and 30 minutes from Malaga and 40 minutes from Jaén. The Luque Station is 500 meters away (you can walk on the greenway), where the famous Nicol's Restaurant is located, where you eat great and at an unbeatable price. It has old train cars adapted as a dining room and a very large terrace that overlooks the greenway, for breakfast, coffee or drinks. There's also another restaurant at 50 meters called "Santa Rita". They have fantastic food and very good prices. There is ample parking right on the street of the urbanization, there is no problem to park if you come with various cars.
