Duplex in the heart of the city. With everything you need to make your stay pleasant. It is located in a century-old building with few owners. The house is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and measures 95 square meters. It consists of: Ground floor: A twin bedroom with bathroom and TV en suite, an equipped kitchen and an extra toilet. Second floor: Living room with sofa bed and large private terrace of the house, measuring 55 square meters, equipped with a terrace set. Wifi, towels and sheets are provided

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central apartment. An attempt has been made to give functionality to each little corner so that your stay is cozy. I have dedicated my enthusiasm to offering what is at my disposal, trying to think of small details that make your stay pleasant and easy. MY interest is that your stay is pleasant. This accommodation is located in the heart of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, close to all the places of interest in the city, and the use of a vehicle is not necessary. The area has supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and some shops. The tram is 200 meters from the house so visiting the city of La Laguna is easy to access and comfortable. Also in its surroundings is the lung of the city, with the García Sanabria Park, the emblematic Plaza Weyler for its time and then Calle Castillo, which is the largest commercial area of the city. If you continue along it towards the sea you will reach the Plaza de Candelaria and the Plaza de España.
