It is laid out on three floors: Downstairs there is a living/dining room with cosy fireplace and with smartTV, fully equipped kitchen (including filtered cooled (gaseous) drinking water system - no need to buy bottled water!) rear utility room (including washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, water softener, …), guest WC/rain shower, double bedroom and court terrace. On the first floor there is the main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with WC/bidet/rainshower/bath, a bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with WC/rainshower. Both rooms have a connecting terrace with lovely views of the communal gardens. On the top floor there is a big roof terrace with sunscreens/parasols and garden furniture and with beautiful views on mount Montgo, the surrounding area and the sea. The property benefits from AIRCO/heating and has great WIFI coverage all over the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans too. Belonging to the urbanization of Las Zarzas I, within the 24h secured residential urbanisation of La Sella Golf, the house is set in marvellous grounds stocked with bougainvillea and olive trees and with a fabulous communal swimming pool which cascades over 5 levels for the exclusive use of the occupants of the apartments and town houses.

On site and within walking distance there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, horse riding and tennis/padel courts (#10). Additional at your service you also have closeby the Denia Marriott Hotel with its Spa facilities, and also the La Sella Golf with a 27 hole course (+ golf training centre). The beaches and restaurants at Denia and Javea are within easy reach by car. In the nearby area there are fantastic/challenging trekking and cycling routes. Alicante city or Valencia city is only 1 hour drive away. Cullera, Gandia, Oliva, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm is within half hour drive. Inland you can find Guadalest, among several other jewel locations worth a visit. From Denia port there are also ferries going to Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca.
