Register VT-477501-A Enjoy this charming and quiet apartment in front of the sandy beach in the centre of Villajoyosa (Alicante). Located in a charming historic building typical of Villajoyosa painted with rainbow colours, originally used by fishermen, which have become a symbol of the town. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the front line of Villajoyosa's centre beach. It is a very quiet area, ideal for enjoying the beach and strolling along the promenade. There are many charming places nearby, on the same promenade, cafes, entertainment venues and restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and quality. Very close to the apartment you will find the marina and the crystal clear waters of the coves of Varadero, Tío Roig and Cala de los Estudiantes, all of which are within walking distance.
