Modern apartment for up to 8 people. Ideal for families or groups, it features 3 bedrooms with double beds—two of them with en-suite bathrooms—and an additional bedroom in the patio offering extra privacy. The living room includes a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen and living area has a large dining table and is equipped with modern appliances, including a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and full set of utensils. There is also a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day of work or study in Madrid. The apartment has three bathrooms with modern showers, and toiletries like gel, shampoo, soap, and towels are provided. Climate control is ensured with air conditioning and central heating. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also included. Located just steps from Plaza España, Gran Vía, and Malasaña, in a neighborhood with supermarkets, traditional and modern bars, restaurants, shopping centers, and gyms, it’s the ideal place to make Madrid your home during your stay.
