I am pleased to inform you and propose the partial sublease agreement for a shared apartment, drafted in accordance with Article 8.2 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases (L.A.U.). The partial sublease grants the right to share the entrance, living room, kitchen, terrace, and bathroom, while assigning a double bedroom. The room is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe, and double bed.
The partial sublease agreement is drafted in accordance with Article 8.2 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases (L.A.U.). This rental proposal is designed for tenants with work-related needs (remote work, teleworking, students, international programs, digital nomads, etc.), including those in national or international university programs (Erasmus, SICUE, FORTHEM), visiting professors, visiting researchers, and visiting PhD students.
Under no circumstances is it possible to rent the entire apartment. The partial sublease is governed by Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases (L.A.U.). Please note that this property is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not regulated by tourism laws.
