Only a few steps away you will find the well known leisure area of El Charco de San Ginés, home to bars & restaurants as well as the coast promenade which provides access to the Marina de Arrecife, without a doubt, one of the nicest marinas of the Canary Islands. It is located within a three storey building, on the second floor. The building houses just six apartments in total. Two destined to office use, meaning that it is a calm and quiet location allowing you to relax and enjoy during your stay. You can access the apartment via the staircase or use the lift. The lovely little sun terrace, upholstered with artificial grass, ideal for those moments of relax!
